I’m not neglecting weight training, I just want to lose some weight before doing it. I’m looking for an effective, high intensity cardiovascular/aerobic exercise routine that will yield excellent results: cardiovascular strength and endurance AND weight loss. What is a Good Weight Loss Supplement to use with Diet?

I am getting married in 6 weeks and would like to add a weight loss supplement to my diet and exercise routine. I follow a low-fat, low-calorie, high fiber diet (ie weight watchers) and exercise throughout the week. I see commercials for all different pills, but not sure which one would be good for me. I just want to maximize my weight loss in the weeks before my wedding. Ultimately, I would like to lose 10 lbs, please let me know what I can use to help accomplish this.
