Wondering Whether an Easy Fast Weight Loss is Possible at All or not ?

Saturday 29 August 2009 @ 9:33 pm
There are just so many weight loss products and companies out there claiming their weight loss products can make one lose weight in no time. Is it at all possible for weight loss to be so easy and fast?

Have a look at the diet industry. Their diets are advertised as if they are a breeze, easy as pie, people have to just eat their lovely (and expensive) products and spend lots of money and they will be as skinny as the skinny models who advertise their products yet have never used them.

Even with so many products and so many outrageous claims , a lot of dieters struggle. It’s HARD to lose weight for majority of people. Having said that, what can be done so that weight loss doesn’t remain tough anymore?

The very first thing required for an easy fast weight loss is the right mental attitude. A never ending motivation for weight loss is highly required and for that you have to search for the reasons why are you trying to lose weight after all?

There are a lot of potential reasons for losing weight, and if your reasons are powerful and motivating enough there is nothing else you can do except lose weight easily. Just what are your personal reasons for losing weight? This could be the enhanced overall quality of life, self-esteem or escaping from depression, health risks, and physical incapabilities. There are a lot of positive changes once a person experience weight loss. It is for this reason why a lot of people are searching for a weight loss technique or the diet plans that will surely trim down those fats and get a super slim head turner body. Some people want to be thinner because their friends or relatives are. Someone wants to be a thinner person expecting people to like him more.

Seriously it’s time you found out those strong reasons.Next step would be to inculcate the right mental attitude and positive thinking.

The right mental attitude for weight loss is actually very simple to attain. Don’t think much or wonder what will you have to do. Just follow some simple steps.

1. Have a strong belief that you can succeed. You would be shocked to find how many people do not believe they can successfully diet and attain (and maintain) their desired target weight.Your belief definitely has to be strong. If you believe you can lose weight, you are right, if you think you can’t , you are right too. It’s the impressions on your unconscious mind put up by your inner beliefs that can either make or break your success in weight loss. Having strong beliefs will help you to develop discipline and proper mindset, and as a dieter you will never be discouraged and lose focus.

2 . Set realistic weight loss goals. It’s lovely for us all to have those pleasant day dreams, but be realistic. Losing hundred pounds a week seems quite unrealistic and physically impossible and perhaps dangerous for health. Let me tell you a secret. If you set small goals in the beginning, you will be focusing a lot better and this ability to focus along with proper mindset enables someone on a diet to quickly lose those extra pounds. Once you see your weight reducing, you instantly generate more confidence, belief and motivation to carry on with your weight loss goals. So, aim smaller pounds while starting and then extend your goals.

3. They say you are what you believe you are. So start thinking that you are a thinner person already. People will have their identity tied up with their weight, and people will do almost anything to protect their identity, even kill. What is your identity with relation to your weight? Do you think of yourself as a person struggling on a diet or an overweight person or a scammed fatty. Remember , any negative perceptions of yourself in your mind blocks you from gaining the right mental attitude. Listen to your mind and get it right. If you are walking or jogging, walk or jog like a thinner you.

4. Do you really think you deserve being a thinner person? This is crucial. I am asking you directly and give me the absolute honest answer. If you are caught up in self loathing and really dislike yourself you may not think you are worth losing weight and being at your ideal weight. If you have anything to take form this article, take this. Your mind is the ultimate controller of your actions and results You can find yourself struggling and sabotaging your efforts, if you are doing one thing and your unconscious mind thinks that you don’t deserve it. First ask yourself what do you want to look like? What do you want to wear? What kind of compliments do you want to get? Now ask do you deserve it? Any contradictions here mean you need to start to have some thorough beliefs in yourself and kickstart with believing that you DEFINITELY deserve it.

5. This may be the most important of all. Take REGULAR and CONSISTENT action. That’s all it takes. Easy weight loss comes from taking consistent action every single day both mentally and physically. Eating pizza while watching television isn’t going to work. While eating like that occasionally may not hurt your efforts, most times, one bad meal turns into one bad day, and then one bad day turns into a weekend…and before you know it, you’re starting back at square one.You have to combine thought with action to create results. One great tip for staying on track is to implement your healthy weight loss diet plan with a friend.Your dieting partner has to be someone that will help to keep you exercising frequently and eating clean. Also think in terms of long term weight loss. Create a mindset of having healthy life and body while not imposing restrictions on time for a change to manifest itself. Surprisingly this makes you lose weight much faster and easily.

So, here you are. Now you have come to know about the right mental attitude and what can be done to experience an easy weight loss. Study these five tips and use them.

Dublin Personal Training – Become The Toned Individual You Often Wanted To Be

Saturday 29 August 2009 @ 2:35 pm

Wanting to get into shape is a great thing, and you can do it all you need is to start your own Dublin Cross Fit. You can join a gym, or look into a boot camp, even begin a program at home to start with. Just make sure that your commitment is full and that you always think positive.

Everyone loves to look good and be in shape. Just because you see someone walking down the street that is out of shape, it doesn’t mean they want to be. You should never judge another person for how they look, it’s just not right, and you don’t know the full story.

They may want to join a Cross Fit, but just don’t have the money needed. Very possibly when they get home at night they may walk around the neighborhood, putting in miles each night. But little change may be seen, and that gets frustrating for anyone.

In those cases these people are probably wishing for a way to hire a personal trainer or get their own Dublin personal training program going. Something that will show results, have them slimming down and being in great shape.

If you have come up to that part in your Dublin personal training program perhaps you should look into hiring a personal trainer, or even hitting a boot camp. Both of these options can give you an extreme workout that will challenge your body, getting it past that plateau and moving on again.

This program will include not only a program that will be for working out, but also the right way to eat. This is usually a person’s second problem when it comes to personal training programs. Many people will add in the exercise but won’t cut down on the food intake. That does absolutely nothing to help them get into shape faster.

Perhaps after a while you can save up for a trip to a boot camp, and get the jump start that is needed for your program. Not only will you get some great workouts, but you will learn the right nutrition from these boot camps. Helping you with being motivated more also; these camps are done in the military style and are very fantastic.

Gyms and the use of a personal trainer are a great way to have a personal training program. See that personal trainer will help you set up a program for you and what you want for results. Plus they will help you with the nutrition too. Personal trainers are great motivators just to show up to a gym too.

Your Dublin Cross Fitness can work for you, just stay positive. Know that you’ve made the right choice and that you will reap those benefits of your work outs. No matter in which way you take on the Personal Training Exercise, always know and feel deep down that your results will come to you soon.

Weight Loss and Emotional Eating: Lose Weight by Discovering yourself

Friday 28 August 2009 @ 12:44 pm
Weight loss doesnt have to be an emotional affair. Discovering your emotional eating habits before you begin to lose weight can go a long way in helping you lose weight, and keep the weight off.

Weight loss experts report youll gain confidence after you lose weight. Although true, science is proving that its more important for the success of your weight loss program that you gain confidence before dieting, or even during dieting, to be able to successfully reach your weight loss goals. Emotional eating often leads to binge eating, particularly if youve been denying yourself your favorite foods to lose weight. Weight loss gets significantly more challenging when you turn to food for boredom, loneliness, comfort, depression, insecurity, celebration or anger. Losing weight to gain confidence means you have to gain confidence in your ability to lose weight first.

Emotional eating is common, and some studies estimate that 75% of the population participates in emotional eating. Short bursts of emotional eating certainly isnt harmful to healthy diets, but more often than not, our emotional eating doesnt result in bingeing on bowls full of celery sticks. If youre thinking about participating in a weight loss program to lose weight, or youre currently trying to lose weight with your own diet plan, keep of journal of when you feel the need for emotional eating and what foods you typically eat under the circumstances. Being aware of yourself and your habits is the first step when trying to lose weight with any weight loss plan.

Stress can lead to overeating. This could be ingrained. Studies from Emory University showed that subordinate monkeys ate more often, and ate more foods high in fat than the dominant females. Another factor is whether your emotional eating is external or internal. External emotional eating occurs if you eat more socially at parties, or overeat because you are with someone who is overeating. Internal emotional eating occurs when you plop down on the couch with a bag of munchies and say, Im bored or Im depressed. A study by the Miriam Hospital’s Weight Control & Diabetes Research Center found that external emotional eaters were better at retaining their weight loss goals than the internal emotional eaters. Internal emotional eaters end up regaining weight, and go on and off endless weight loss programs to continue losing weight. Recognizing your internal emotional eating habits gives you the knowledge to fight emotional eating when your emotions try to override your motivation to lose weight.

You may see yourself as a self-confident person, however, after examining your diet patterns, you might find that you lack self-efficacy; which believes you have the ability to reach a specific goal. Self-efficacy was a contributing factor in a Queensland University weight loss study. In this study, the women with higher rates of self-efficacy were able to meet their dieting goals because they believed they could, and they sought the education to do so. Gaining education, believing in you, and getting encouragement from others are recommended to increase self-efficacy levels that would have a positive affect on a dieters weight loss program.

Weight loss plans must consider the emotional aspect of losing weight. If emotional behaviors, weight loss education and dieting confidence are gained at the beginning of the weight loss plan, the weight loss is more likely to stay lost. Science is proving that if you believe you can lose weight, and then youll be able to do it. Start your journal and get a grip on your emotional eating, especially while youre trying to lose weight. Gain a few pounds of self-confidence, and lose a few pounds of weight. If you need help, try a weight loss program like the Atkins Diet Weight Loss Program that has a strong support group. You can control the food instead of letting it control you. Just learn and believe.
